About Well2Wise's role: Well2Wise is a healthcare booking and payment facilitation platform. We do not supply surgical, anaesthetic or hospital services. All clinical services are provided directly by your surgeon, the treating anaesthetist, and the accredited hospital facility. Well2Wise acts as a disclosed payment agent — we collect your package payment and distribute funds to each provider on your behalf.

Meet your orthopaedic surgeon. They'll assess your injury, confirm the procedure required, and provide your fixed all-inclusive price before you commit.
Confirm and book
Once you're ready to proceed, surgery is booked with the hospital. You pay Well2Wise as the disclosed payment agent for your procedure prior to your surgery date. Well2Wise distributes payment to your surgeon, hospital and anaesthetist on your behalf.
Surgery and recovery
Your surgery takes place at an accredited Sydney private hospital. Well2Wise supports your post-operative journey and physio pathway.
