Member prices need continuous membership. A lapse resets the clock.
Membership is not health insurance. It's a subscription for member prices on care you book through Well2Wise, agreed with our providers. It doesn't pay benefits or claims, and doesn't replace Medicare or private health insurance.

Membership FAQs
Do I need a membership to use Well2Wise?
No. Anyone can join free, book at the standard price, see every price before they book, and earn hearts. Membership adds included telehealth consults, faster hearts and member prices.
How is membership billed?
Monthly, through your App Store or Google Play account. Member is $9.99 a month and Member Plus is $15.99 a month. It renews each month and you can cancel any time in your store account.
Which consults are included?
Five telehealth consults a year with a Well2Wise physio, on Member and Member Plus. Rapid telehealth and telehealth follow-up consults both count. Your five reset on your membership anniversary, and unused consults don’t carry over.
Do member prices cover my family?
Member prices and included consults are for the account holder. Bookings you make for a dependant are at the standard price.
I already have a Well2Wise subscription. What happens to it?
It keeps working as it does now. When membership opens, you can move to Member or Member Plus in the app.
When do my discounts start?
Hearts and included consults start on day one. Everyday treatment discounts step up at 12 and 24 months. Member surgery prices start from 3 months and step up at 12 and 24 months.
What happens if my membership lapses?
Your months count from your first paid day. If a renewal payment fails, you keep your membership while your App Store or Google Play account retries the payment. If it still isn't paid, your membership lapses and your member prices start again from the beginning.
Who can get the member surgery price?
Member prices on elective ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair come from our agreements with providers. They apply when the surgery is booked through Well2Wise as a surgical package, after a surgeon consult. The price is set on the day you book, from the months you've been a member, and member prices need continuous membership.
Is membership health insurance?
No. Membership is a subscription for member prices on care you book through Well2Wise. It isn't health insurance: it doesn't pay benefits or claims, and it doesn't replace Medicare or private health insurance. Prices are shown before Medicare and private health rebates.
Does faster earning apply to everything?
