Well2Wise is committed to providing quality services to you and this Privacy Policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your personal information.

f. visit the Well2Wise app or website;
g. sign up to our service; or
h. make bookings for in person or telehealth consultations.

Additionally, our service partners may provide us with your Personal Information. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of improving your health and wellbeing by providing:

i. quality services to you; and
j. information to our service partners,

We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the Primary Purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. When we collect your Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information. Sensitive information will be used by us only:

l. for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose; and
m. with your consent; or where required or authorised by law.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties such as our providers. Well2Wise will not charge any fee for your access request. In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Disclosure of Personal Information overseas

Well2Wise will not disclose personal information to overseas recipients.

How to make a complaint

If you think Well2Wise may have breached your privacy rights, you may contact us by using the contact details set out in this Privacy Policy. We take your complaints seriously and we will respond to your complaint or request promptly.

You also have the option of contacting the OAIC if you wish to make a privacy complaint against Well2Wise and if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint in the first instance. The OAIC contains information on how to make a privacy complaint.
