We offer rapid physio consults nationwide and dental bookings in selected areas. We're expanding our services to include GP visits, massage therapy, chiropractic care, and sports medicine.

Our platform is for everyone. While it's crafted for young adults, anyone seeking clear, affordable healthcare services can benefit.

No subscription is required to book appointments — you can use Well2Wise on a pay-as-you-go basis to access services like Rapid Physio Consults, dental care, and our educational tools and calculators.

Even without a subscription, you can still earn reward points by scanning eligible health-related products and services through the app — helping you save as you go.

To unlock additional benefits, you can choose to subscribe to one of our rewards tiers:

• My Well Rewards: Access exclusive rewards, discounts, health product offers, and a free Rapid Physio Consult every 12 months.
• Community Well: Includes all My Well Rewards benefits plus access to the Community Well, exclusive discounts at the time of booking, depending on what is available in the app.

Subscriptions are optional — but they unlock extra value and greater flexibility in how you manage your care.

We charge directly for telemedicine physiotherapy consults. Payments for other services are made to the healthcare provider. We accept major credit cards through Stripe©.

Well2Wise services aren't directly billable through Medicare. However, services booked through referred third-party providers might be eligible for Medicare claims.

Appointments can be booked and cancelled through our app, adhering to a 6-hour cancellation policy to avoid charges for our Rapid Physio appointments. For missed Rapid Physio appointments, we'll attempt to reschedule within 24 hours, subject to availability.

A 20-minute video-call consultation with our Physiotherapists. They'll evaluate your injury and provide advice on the next steps for treatment—all without physical contact.

You'll receive a consultation summary and a referral for further treatment, whether it's to an emergency room, your GP, or a nearby physiotherapist.

You'll speak with a certified Australian Physiotherapist, registered with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

It's based on your injury's subjective history—the "spoken" part of the assessment. Our Physiotherapists can diagnose and recommend a treatment based on the telehealth consultation. At Well2Wise we believe that telemedicine is the future.

Anything! If you are unsure of where you should go or who should assess your injury - you’re in the right place. Our physiotherapists will assist you with anything from a suspected fracture, possible concussion, muscle tear, rolled ankle or general aches and pains.

You can earn points in the app by:

• Booking and attending eligible treatments through Well2Wise.
• Scanning participating health and wellness products and services.
• Using selected tools and features in the app and contributing to the community.

Points flow into My Well – your personal rewards wallet – which you can use towards discounts on eligible health and wellness treatments shown in the app.

As more people use Well2Wise, the Community Well may provide additional exclusive discounts that only appear at the point of booking in the app, or may add value into My Well for future discounts. Availability and level of discounts depend on overall community activity and the offers currently shown in the app.

Our calculators use current thresholds and limits for accurate estimations, but results depend on the accuracy of the information you input.
