My Well is where all your points live. It’s your personal rewards wallet, ready for you to use on things you actually need, from everyday wellness to the care that keeps you moving, recovering and feeling your best.

When you’re feeling well, you can put My Well towards wellness discounts, a massage, hot–cold therapy, laser recovery or other treatments that help you stay strong, flexible and resilient.

When you do need care, you can also use My Well to reduce the cost of selected health services shown in the app, for example, a Rapid Physio consult or other participating treatments.

Member Pricing – a better price for members

Member pricing is built into the Well2Wise app. On eligible treatments, members see a member price that's lower than the standard rate – set by Well2Wise, not built from your points.

Here's how it shows up:

• A lower price at booking: where available, the app shows your member price on the booking screen – the full price and your member price side by side, before you confirm. Member pricing is only shown in the app and only at the point of booking.
• My Well rewards too: you can also put your My Well points towards eligible treatments shown in the app, for extra savings on top of your member price.

Member pricing is set by Well2Wise and shown upfront – true to our Pay As You Know promise, you always know the full price and exactly what you'll pay as a member before you book.
